What is spasmodic colic?
Spasmodic colic occurs when the bowel is contracting in an abnormal manner creating painful spasms and somewhat of an “over-active” gastrointestinal tract. Spasmodic colics usually respond very well to anti-spasmodic drugs along with other therapeutic treatment.
