Vineeth married Divya Narayanan on 18 October 2012, after an eight-year-long relationship since 30 March 2004. She was his junior at KCG College of Technology in Chennai. The couple have a son Vihaan Divya Vineeth on 30 June 2017 and a daughter Shanaya Divya Vineeth on 3 October 2019.
